Physical and emotional intimacy are essential parts of your well-being, and fulfilling sexual life is healthy and natural. Nevertheless, the Journal of the American Medical Association presented findings showing that 43% of women and 31% of men report some degree of sexual dysfunction during their lifetimes. So whatever your predicament is, you are not the first and you won’t be the last. The main thing is that you are doing something about it.

Relationships can fill our lives with joy and meaning in beautiful ways, and they can also present us with some of our most difficult challenges. Many couples wait until they feel in crisis before considering counseling because they see it as a last resort. While specialists can help support couples at all stages of relationship challenges, research indicates that outcomes are better the earlier couples come.

In couples counseling, we are here to support your relationship. We take a balanced and collaborative approach, working hard to make sure we consider all perspectives in finding solutions. We offer a safe, warm, non-judgmental space to explore whatever challenges you’re facing. Relationships can be challenging, you are not alone in this, and you deserve to feel supported as you work to create the changes you are seeking.

Sexual and Intimacy Coaching

Coaching is educational, informative, can be emotion-filled, is private and confidential, and can be very effective for both individuals and couples. Unlike therapy, it focuses on the present and sets a positive tone for reaching goals and moving into the future. This could mean learning a new language around communicating about your desires, fantasy exploration, adventure dates, expanding beyond your sexual ruts, and exploring new ways to experience pleasure. We offer resources, applying different modes of intervention and professional processes that support you in getting connected with pleasure and ignite passion in your life.

Coaching is a practice, and whether we practice one-on-one weekly or bi-weekly, in a group session, a workshop, or on a weekend retreat, regular coaching is the most effective way to see growth and lasting improvement. Email contact@healthysexuallife.com for information or book a call for professional supervision, coaching and workshop fees.
